Dealing with Norah was just a complete pleasure. The 5 stars do
not even do it justice. First, because I wanted a particular lenght to the
chain that was not standard, she allowed me to choose the shorter one yet made
it to my specifications without charging me extra. Then, she mailed it super
quickly, and this even though there were major weather problems both in my area
and hers. Throughout all of the process she remained in touch, and she even
gave me a ton of advice as to how keep the high quality piece of jewelry
looking as great as when I first got it. Oh yes and she offered even a
life-time, re-patina to the chain in case the gorgeous look wears off. Best
person even to get jewelry from. Highly recommended.
